• Customers can request an order cancellation within 12 hours after payment confirmation.
• After this period, the order will enter production, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

• To cancel your order within the stipulated period, please contact our team via rabbit@rabbitcomic.com, providing your order number and contact details.
• Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used during purchase and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
