When will I get my order? 

Rabbit Comic is a company that cares about preserving the environment, so its product is made on demand to avoid waste, generating a more sustainable planet for everyone. Therefore, it takes us 2 to 7 days to manufacture every detail of your item and then it is shipped. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

    Where will my order ship from? 

    We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! 

    Will I be charged customs for my order? 

    An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. 

    My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? 

    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 

    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address 
    • Ask your local post office if they have your package 
    • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them 

     If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at with your order number. 

     If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. 


     How are your products made? 

    We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! 

     How do I track my order?

    Where is the product manufactured?

    Our development is done in London, England, and manufacturing is done at our factory in China.

    Received the wrong/damaged product? Here's what you should do:

    We apologize if the product you ordered arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item.

    In our store, we prioritize your satisfaction. All products are custom-made, simplifying our return policy:
    No need for product exchanges if you're dissatisfied due to an error or damage.

    2. Product Reshipment: A new product sent with no additional charge.

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Damages and Issues:

    Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to promptly address the issue and rectify it.


    Please note that we do not offer exchanges, as the product is made on demand. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return so we can review your case and proceed with a refund or shipping of a new product if necessary.


    Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, kindly reach out to us at for further assistance.

    We only accept exchanges and returns of products with factory defects.
